Do You Really Intend To Get Your Life Back On Track?

Part 1.

Are you walking the walk or just talking the talk.

If what is in your heart and head doesn’t match what is coming out of your mouth , the only person you are fooling is yourself.

If you actually do want to get your life back on track you will need to make sure that what is going on in your head matches what you say and how you feel.

Walking the walk is working on the whole package, and it takes some effort.

  1. Be sure about what it is you want to do.
  2. Be confident.
  3. Be responsible.
  4. Sound and look the part.

You may just have a feeling that you could be having a better life but you are not sure where to go or what to do next.

You may not feel confident, you make be letting yourself down because you are not ‘dressing for the part’.

Over the next few days monitor your thoughts and feelings. Make notes of how you are thinking and feeling in different situations.

Are you taking responsibility or are you blaming others?

Are you expecting to be happy or are you worried about failing or making a fool of yourself.

Are you getting out there looking your best?

Are there things in your life you need to reorganise?

Are you making the same mistakes over and over again?
